MAPA has grown from a single dance studio into a flourishing multifaceted performing arts academy.

Our vibrant home in Spotswood, Melbourne, offers plenty of inspiring and functional spaces for fulfilling creative potential. Our interiors have been thoughtfully styled to give students a taste of life as a professional performing artist. We’re proud of the environment we’ve created and the careers that have prospered as part of our talented MAPA family.

Our Studios

Studio 1 Ground floor – Home to our classical ballet and contemporary classes and often hired for rehearsals and workshops.
Studio 2 Ground floor – Tap classes are based here as well as group singing & drama lessons and private tuition bookings.
Studio 3&4 Ground floor – This is our largest multi purpose space used for dance classes, workshops, performances, rehearsals, birthday parties and events.
Studio 5 Level 1 – Perfect for jazz, ballet, contemporary, yoga & pilates.
Studio 6 Level 1 – A cozy studio perfect for private tuition of Piano and/or vocals.

Location

Located in Melbourne’s inner west, our Spotswood studio is just 7kms from the CBD and is easily accessible by public transport. 400m from Spotswood Train Station, close to boutique stores and cafes and near Scienceworks.

Studio Hire

If you have an event or an occasion, our studios here at MAPA are also available for hire. We have held parties, fashion shows, product launches, dance, music and singing performances.
