To help ensure every MAPA family has the opportunity to purchase concert tickets, please complete the Ticket Pre-Request Form below before tickets go on sale through The Clocktower Centre.
Your responses will help us finalise class allocations across our three concert performances.
Performance Schedule
Saturday 24th October – Evening Performance (*6:00pm / 6:30pm)
Sunday 25th October – Matinee Performance (*12:00pm / 12:30pm)
Sunday 25th October – Evening Performance (*6:00pm / 6:30pm)
Performance times will be confirmed once our Dress/Tech Rehearsal schedule has been finalised.
Based on previous years, we expect there will be enough tickets for everyone if demand is spread evenly across the three performances. However, if one performance is more popular than the others, some families may miss out on tickets.
If needed, we may ask families who have a choice of performances to attend a different show, reduce the number of tickets requested, or adjust the proposed class allocations to ensure a fair outcome for everyone.

Tiny Tots & Pre-Juniors: Each class will perform in ONE performance
Juniors, Inters & Seniors: Each class will perform in TWO of the three performances
RAD Exam Classes: Grade 1 and above will be featured in all THREE performances
