Please note: Submitting a pre-request does not guarantee that your preferred performance or the number of tickets requested will be available. All requests will be reviewed before tickets go on sale.

If demand exceeds the available seating capacity for a particular performance, we may need to:

Adjust class and performance allocations.
Ask families who have a choice of performances to attend an alternative show.
Reduce the number of tickets requested to ensure a fair allocation for everyone.

Once finalised, families will receive an email with their approved ticket and performance allocation and instructions for purchasing tickets through The Clocktower Centre when they go on sale in September.
