What happens now?

 

Step 1: Wait for our email

Our staff will be reviewing all enrolments and will send you an email confirming if we have availability for the classes or programs you have selected. Please note that current/existing MAPA students will receive priority in their chosen classes up until Monday 23rd Nov 2020. After this date positions will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Step 2: Secure your position

A $100 deposit is required from all students to secure your position in your chosen classes for next year. This fee will be deducted from your Term 1 invoice and the balance will be due at the commencement of Term 1, 2021. New students enrolling at MAPA will also be sent a link to register with Ezidebit. All students enrolling must provide their direct debit details (either bank account or credit card) as security. These details will be kept secure through Ezidebit and no fees will ever be deducted or charged UNLESS your invoice is left unpaid and without communication OR you have requested to pay your Term fees this way. We give all customers the option to pay their accounts in advance via bank transfer, over the phone or in person at the studio (cash, eftpos, mastercard or visa).

Step 3: Review our uniform policy

Please review our Uniform Policy to help you prepare class. We allow a 4 week grace period for all new students before the correct uniform is required.

Step 4: Come to class!

Once you’re enrolment is confirmed and payment information has been provided, you’re free to start attending MAPA! If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
